The team an artist builds is itself a source of conflict, and the conflicts are structural, not personal.
A growing artist assembles people in their corner, a manager who believes in them, a lawyer who knows the industry, a handling the money. None of that is a problem in itself. The risk is structural: the same person wearing multiple hats earns in multiple directions, and those directions do not always point at the client. This episode is about spotting that misalignment and remedying it.
