- How much does it cost to onboard staff at a firm?
- The Firm tier is £79 per seat per month (annual billing) or £99 monthly, from three seats. It includes the 13-week programme, ROI reporting, custom role profiles and a cohort dashboard. Larger or multi-office teams move to the custom-priced Scale tier from fifteen seats.
- What do firms get that individuals do not?
- The Firm tier adds role-targeted tracks that get staff productive in hours rather than months. Someone moving into tour accounting or royalty ops can do a focused track and arrive days ahead of where they would be learning by osmosis. It also includes the 13-week probation programme, cohort and ROI dashboards, and custom role profiles.
- Does completing it earn CPD for our staff?
- Not yet as accredited hours: independent CPD accreditation is in progress, and certificates carry no CPD hours until it is granted. Every learner gets a verifiable record of the competencies completed, which can support a self-assessed CPD log.
- How quickly can a new hire get up to speed?
- The 13-week programme is the structured ramp: role-targeted onboarding that ends in an assessed, verifiable credential. The cohort dashboard shows who is on track and where the gaps are so mentoring time is spent where it counts.
